Guarantee and Refunds

Guarantee
Signature Wine Club guarantees that each bottle of wine chosen for its members is authentic and will arrive in good condition. For members who pay subscription fees in advance, we provide a money back guarantee, meaning that any money not yet spent will be returned to the member upon their request. Signature only charges for the wines that have been shipped to members. Kindly visit the “Refund policy” section for more details.

Cancelling Your Membership
You can cancel your membership at any time, without penalties or obligations.

Product replacement policy
All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged or spoiled in the delivery process. Should this happen please let us know within 10 days of receiving your shipment by calling our office or sending an email to: wine@sigwine.com

We do offer replacements only if you received a damaged, or defective product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge.

If the damaged or spoiled product is sold out, we’ll replace the original bottle with something similar.

Refund policy
Subscription cancellations must be made in writing to service@sigwine.com.

Subscription fees: Refunds will be made to subscribers who cancel their pre-paid subscriptions in advance of full use. For example, if a member has fully-paid for 6 months of service but cancels after 4 months, the remaining 2 months pro-rated amount will be returned to the subscriber within 30 days. Signature Wine will deduct transaction fees (if any) before refunding the subscriber.

For subscribers using PayPal, they may cancel their PayPal automatic billing at any time. If a subscriber cancels a subscription after sending a PayPal payment, Signature will refund the amount if the corresponding monthly shipment has not yet been sent.

Refunds will be issued to the same account holder and in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days.

Refund currency will typically be in Chinese Yuan Renminbi. Whenever refund is non- Chinese Yuan Renminbi settlement orders, Sigwine.com will issue the refund amount in currency of U.S. dollars.

Undeliverable orders
Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, failed delivery attempts etc. We will contact the member to find a solution, but if extra fees are charged by the delivery agent they are the responsibility of the member.
